Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 September 2026. This website collects nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Server logs

Like any website, ours is delivered by a web server that keeps standard access logs. Those logs may record your IP address, the page you requested, the date and time, and your browser's user-agent string. They are produced by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, are not linked to any other information about you, and are not used for marketing or profiling. We do not analyse them to build audience reports.

Contacting us

If you email hollym@crossroadscommunityplanning.com or call 614-772-0190, we hold what you send us for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a normal business record. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to third-party sites — Facebook, LinkedIn, client township and city websites, and documents hosted elsewhere. Links that leave this website open in a new window and are announced as external to screen reader users. Once you follow one, that site's own privacy policy applies; we have no control over what it collects.

PDF documents

Project documents on this site are served from this domain and opened in a viewer that runs entirely in your browser. Opening or printing a document sends nothing to us beyond the ordinary server request for the file.

Children

This is a professional services website for local government clients. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If we ever add a contact form, a newsletter, analytics or any embedded third-party service, we will update this page and change the date at the top before doing so.
