Holly Mattei’s 15 years of experience at the Fairfield County Regional Planning Commission, serving as the Director for 8 years, sets Crossroads apart to provide this service. Crossroads can effectively manage and conduct these reviews while supporting the community in increasing its own planning efforts.

Our services are flexible and often begin with evaluating the community’s administrative capacity and following up with recommendations on staffing levels and the potential for new positions. This includes strategic budgeting for planning activities, as well as providing planning and administrative services to communities as they look to build their planning efforts. Crossroads will guide the community through the hiring process: assisting with interviews, selecting candidates, and training them alongside community officials and staff.
